Q. How do I log in?
A. To log in, go to www.CitaLink.com and log in using the Username and Password you entered when creating your account. You will do this each time you log in to CitaLink.

Q. How do I access CitaLink ?
A. You can access CitaLink from anywhere you have an internet connection and a telephone.  You can even use your cell phone!  You'll log in at www.CitaLink.com, provide your username and password, and you're ready to go!

Q. I forgot my username/password. What do I do?
A. To retrieve your username or password, click "forgot password".  Enter your username or email address, your username and password will be emailed to you.

Q. Do I need to purchase any equipment to use CitaLink?
A. No, you do not need to purchase any equipment to use CitaLink.  It is an internet-based application that requires only that you provide a phone number for CitaLink to use.

Q. What equipment is required for CitaLink?
A. Required:
            Computer
            High Speed Internet Connection: Cable or DSL
            Telephone – Any Land Line or Cell Phone
            Web Browser – FireFox Recommended (not compatible with AOL, Safari, or Chrome)

   Recommended Computer (minimum)
            Computer Processor: 800MHz Pentium III or Athlon, or better
            Computer Memory: 256MB or better

Q. How long do I have to wait after subscribing before I can use CitaLink?
A. You may begin using CitaLink immediately after signing up.  All you have to do is log in and upload your contacts/leads.

Q. Where do I purchase calling plans to use CitaLink?
A. You can purchase calling plans for CitaLink here at www.ondemanddialing.com.

Q. How do I add more time to my account?
A. To add more time to you account:

  1. Log on to www.ondemanddialing.com
  2. Select "Change Monthly Plan"

                            -OR-
  1. Log on to www.ondemanddialing.com
  2. Select "One Time Plan Purchase"

Q. Does my calling time roll over from month to month?
A. Yes, All monthly plans include rollover. As long as you remain an active monthly subscriber, your time will be rolled over to the next period.
(Note: If you upgrade to the Unlimited plan, all rollover time will be discarded.)

Q. If I have an existing calling plan and have not used all of my time, and I upgrade to a new calling plan, will I lose those time?
A. No.  Any unused time at the end of your current period will rollover to the next period.

Q. Can I import my own contacts or leads into CitaLink?
A. You can easily import any contacts or lead lists you wish into CitaLink, in Comma Delimited (.csv) or Excel (.xls) file formats.

Q. Does CitaLink follow the Federal Do Not Call regulations?
A. CitaLink is merely a tool to aid in efficient calling. As such, its function is not to "screen" lists in any way; every name on the list as supplied will be called. You or your list providers are responsible for verifying that lists are in compliance with FTC Do Not Call regulations. To check regulations, please visit http://www.ftc.gov, http://www.fcc.gov, http://www.donotcall.gov.

Q. I've heard about VOIP service; is CitaLink operated with VOIP?
A. No. Unlike VOIP, ours is a proven, time-tested telephony service. However, CitaLink is VOIP ready, so when the technology has improved, we can integrate it into our system.

Q. Can I put my CitaLink account on hold if I go out of town so I do not lose any time?
A. No, you can not put your CitaLink plan on hold. But since rollover is included on all monthly plans, no time will be lost.

Q. How long do I have to use my One-Time Plan?
A. The One-Time Plan is good for one month from the date of purchase. After that time period, any unused time will be discarded.

Q. How do I get the Customer Appreciation Bonus Hours?
A. To receive the Customer Appreciation Bonus, all you have to do is be an active monthly subscriber. Then, on your renewal date, you will be rewarded with FREE Bonus Hours just for being a customer. The Bonus Hours are based on your monthly plan and how long you have been a subscriber to that plan. The more hours your current monthly plan has, the more Bonus Hours you will earn each month; and the longer you have been a customer to this plan, the more Bonus Hours you will earn each month. Q. If I change my monthly subscription plan, will that affect my Customer Appreciation Bonus Hours?
A. Yes. If you upgrade or downgrade your account, your Customer Appreciation Bonus Hours will start over. The Customer Appreciation Bonus Plan is based on the calling plan that you subscribed to and how long you have been subscribed to that plan. Therefore, if you change plans, the Customer Appreciation Bonus will start over.

Q. When will my Bonus Hours expire?
A. Bonus hours do not expire. All unused bonus hours will rollover to the next period.

Q. How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
A. To cancel your monthly subscription, a written notice of termination must be sent via support ticket by the end of business (6PM CST), no less then 10 days prior to your renewal date. For example, i) if the monthly period for a subscription to the Service commences on March 20th and notice of termination is given on March 15, 2009, termination will be effective as of April 20, 2009, and ii) if the monthly period for a subscription to the Service commences on March 20th and notice of termination is given on March 10, 2009, termination will be effective as of March 20, 2009.

Q. My account is suspended, how long do I have to update my payment information?
A. If your account is suspended, you have 30 days from the date of suspension to update your payment information. After 30 days, your account will be cancelled and any unused time will be lost. If you are trying to update your information and you are having difficulties, please send a support ticket and a customer service representative will help you.

Q. What do I do if I can't find an answer in Frequently-Asked Questions?
A. You may click on the Contact Us tab and send a Support Ticket or log in to www.CitaLink.com, go to the Help Desk tab, you may watch the tutorial, or click on Support Ticket and submit a ticket to customer service.
